Website privacy

What mysportapp.fr does with your data when you visit it. The apps have their own, more detailed policy.

No cookies, no tracking

The website sets no cookies. No audience measurement, no advertising, no social media button tracking your visit. Fonts and images are served by the website itself.

What stays on your device

To remember your choices, the website keeps a few settings in your browser’s storage. They never leave your device, and you can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

site_theme
the light or dark theme you chose
intro_seen
the opening animation already seen, so it doesn’t replay
sport
the last sport picked on the home page
msa_session
your My account session, in the tab’s session storage only: cleared when you sign out or close the tab

Server logs

Like any host, Infomaniak records access to the website: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running (legitimate interest); we do not use them to measure audience. They are kept for the host’s retention period, 12 months at most.

Emails you send us

When you write to contact@mysportapp.fr, your message and address are kept to reply and follow up, then deleted 3 years after the last exchange.

The live tracking page

The /live/ page (MyRunningAPP beacon) loads its map from OpenStreetMap’s servers: your IP address and browser are sent to them, as with any image loaded from another website. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation policy.

The My account area

On mysportapp.fr/en/compte, the page talks directly to the apps’ account server (Supabase, in the European Union): your email and password to sign in, then your profile, your list of apps and your totals. Nothing is stored on the website’s server. This is your account data: your apps’ privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to it: write to contact@mysportapp.fr, we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your data protection authority — in France, the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
